HydraStone inspects and relines several hundred tanks annually, in the field or for the manufacturer and takes pride in offering the best service possible. HydraStone's certified protective-coating specialists have been relining containment systems and large diameter pipes since the early 60's, helping to make HydraStone the largest tank lining company in Canada.

Most linings come complete with a 15-year warranty, satisfaction guaranteed. With offices in Ontario and Alberta we provide services across the Country. We also support and supply the Alkrete lining material to field lining specialist in the United States to service all of North America.

ROYAL YORK HOTEL

In 2005, HydraStone Applicators saved 2 – 1000 gallon domestic hot water tanks from replacement with the Alkrete lining, at this historical, downtown Toronto Hotel.

HOSPITAL FOR SICK CHILDREN
Toronto, Ontario
In 2004 HydraStone technicians began working with this world famous hospital, replacing a manufacturers failed lining for a 10-year-old tank with Alkrete lining material. HydraStone was then contracted to remove and replace two, 1961 existing and severely corroded, 1500-gallon hot water storage tanks, damaged beyond repair.

Since 1998, the HydraStone team has relined and implemented a preventative maintenance program for four large domestic hot water tanks at this renowned, unique Sports Complex.

HIGH RISE CONDOMINIUM

HydraStone has lined hundreds of domestic hot water & firewater storage tanks for some of the largest condominium complexes in the country, this esplanade high-rise recently had four – 1000 gallon tanks refurbished.

MR. CHRISTIE’S BAKE RY

Product safety is always our first concern. When it came time to protect Mr. Christie’s hot water storage tanks, which was part of their food process system, Alkrete, being certified to CSA, NSF/ANSI 61 Standards, was the mostlogical choice.

HEALTH CANADA

In 2002, The Health Canada – Brooke Claxton Building requested the manufacturer of their potable domestic hot water storage tanks to find the right company to refurbish the tank interior linings. HydraStone and the Alkrete lining were chosen to do the job with great success.

JOHN ST. PUMPING STATION
Toronto, Ontario
In 2003 – 2004 – deep below the surface, HydraStone expert applicators lined over 1200 meters of large diameter steel pipe for the Enwave – Deep Lake Project.

BRAMPTON PUMPING STATION
Brampton, Ontario
The HydraStone team completed another pumping station project where over 100 meters of large diameter steel pipe and pipe seams were coated with specified cement mortar lining.

GUELPH WATER RESERVOIR
Guelph, Ontario
The HydraStone Team injected a waterproof urethane in various cracks in the ceiling of this several million-gallon water reservoir to prevent contamination from entering into the water supply.
